Start From Zero
My first job in my life after finnished my school to be a supevision team on project GEPP Bangkanai Peaker Stage 2 (140 MW). No experience just armed with curiosity and happy for learning a new things (Continues Learning). GEPP is Gas Engine Power Plan which is fueled with a gas . The system of GEPP use a Diesel System with a High Compression by piston and turned by Fuel Oil to provide flame for pushing piston and moving crankshaft.
GEPP Bangkanai Peaker Stage 2 (140 MW) Located on Desa Karendan, South Kalimantan Indonesia. Developed by PT PP (Persero) and Wartsila oy. It must be Finnished 15 Month after Contract Signing. It will be a hard for finnish the project on 15 Month. The main Obstacle is the located from the project must be travel through a bad road condition. So we are have a trouble to travel material to site.
You can imagine how hard efforts to delivery materials to site. The first sequence of work is prepare area. We start to land clearing cutting, grubbing and stripping. We continue to cut and fill until esthablished elevation.
We have a big problem on the next sequence it is a raining. We start a project on February 2018 which is a raining season in Indonesia. We can’t compact a land. We can start compact if soil has dried. we got delay progress because the raining season.
Season has changed we have compacted a land and ready for the next sequence. First Pilling_____
